CRISTINA ZAMPETTI SINCLAIR is a graduate of American University where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Relations. Ms. Sinclair received her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law, graduating cum laude. While at Seton Hall University School of Law, Ms. Sinclair was also a member of the Seton Hall Law Constitutional Law Journal. After graduating, Ms. Sinclair served as the law clerk to the Honorable John M. Boyle, Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Union County. Ms. Sinclair is admitted to the bars of the State of New Jersey, State of New York, and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey.
Ms. Sinclair joined the Firm in 2011, after twelve years with a large regional firm, where she concentrated in asbestos and multi-party mass-tort litigation in state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey, among other states, representing major petrochemical companies and equipment manufacturers, and automotive and electrical component manufacturers, among others. Ms. Sinclair also has extensive experience in a variety of civil litigation areas including commercial, products liability and franchise litigation.
Since joining the Firm, Ms. Sinclair’s practice concentrates in the areas of probate litigation, foreclosure litigation, commercial litigation, landlord-tenant litigation, and general equity matters.
