 MICHAEL A. OCHS, received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, cum laude, from Lehigh University. Mr. Ochs received his Juris Doctorate from Villanova University School of Law.  He is admitted to the bar of the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Ochs provides strategic counseling to clients in a wide range of disciplines. Mr. Ochs has successfully negotiated a broad and extensive mix of transactions, from the development of luxury high rise condominiums to raw material sourcing agreements for clients in the health care sector.

Mr. Ochs heads the Firm’s real estate practice. He regularly advises public and private clients in the areas of condominium and planned real estate development law, office, warehouse, industrial, and flex-space leasing, structured financing, financing of distressed or bankrupt companies and assets, foreclosure, land use, commercial real estate transactions, and all related real estate litigation. 

In addition to his real estate practice, Mr. Ochs routinely negotiates a wide variety of business to business transactional documents including but not limited to, supply chain and sourcing agreements, professional service contracts, joint venture agreements, master services agreements, statements of work, equipment purchase/lease agreements, license agreements, and miscellaneous corporate agreements for general corporate and health care sector clients.

Mr. Ochs is the current President of the Lehigh University Lawyers Association.
