Sharon Reider Babb is an experienced and versatile commercial real estate attorney with an emphasis on leasing, acquisition, lending and construction transactions. Sharon is a graduate of the University of Delaware where she received Bachelor of Science degrees in both Accounting and Financial Management. Ms. Babb spent two years in the business sector before returning to law school and graduating from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where she was a member of the International Law Journal.
Prior to joining Bertone Piccini LLP, Sharon was Of Counsel at Sills Cummis & Gross P.C., where she specialized in sophisticated commercial real estate. She has also worked at Strook & Stroock & Lavan LLP and Cole Schotz P.C. where she represented both developers and regional businesses in complex and sophisticated projects in national, regional and local transactions.
Within the firm, Sharon will continue to focus on real estate transactions on behalf of landlords and tenants, lenders and borrowers, purchasers and sellers in national or local locations and in urban street front, warehousing or shopping center venues.
Ms. Babb was admitted to the Bar of the States of New Jersey and New York in 1987. Sharon is also admitted in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Ms. Babb is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the New Jersey State Bar Association and has been an executive officer and Board member of Temple Beth El of Northern Valley.
