Work Experience
Ms. San-Emeterio is a skilled and resourceful law student with a focus on litigation and estate planning and drafting.
Ms. San-Emeterio received her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with Minors in Psychology and Creative Writing from the Honors College at Rutgers University, the State University of New Jersey, where she was awarded the Albert R. Roberts Scholar Award and the Paul Robseon Scholar Award. During this time, she was also a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society.
Ms. San-Emeterio is currently a rising third-year at Seton Hall University School of Law expecting to receive her Juris Doctorate in 2027. During her law school career, Ms. San-Emeterio has interned for New Jersey Supreme Court Justice Michael Noriega and for United States District Court for the District of New Jersey Judge Esther Salas, where she assisted in research, drafting, and review of judicial memoranda and opinions.
Since joining the Bertone Piccini, Ms. San-Emeterio has been exposed to a variety of practice areas as she continues her studies.
