BRIAN P. LANYON received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston College. Upon graduating, he worked for five years as a Credit Analyst at Santander Bank in Boston, Massachusetts where he underwrote commercial loans in the New England Commercial Risk Group.

Specialized
Mr. Lanyon received his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Lanyon was a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Esther Salas, United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Lanyon was also a Student Intern for the Civil Litigation Clinic at the Seton Hall Center for Social Justice, where he helped indigent clients in the Newark area with numerous real estate issues. Mr. Lanyon was also a member of the Seton Hall Legislative Journal; his note on Sham Litigation in Zoning Challenges: Finding the Balance Between Protection of Constitutional Rights and Anticompetitive Business Practices was published in the Seton Hall Legislative Journal.

Activities
Mr. Lanyon joined the firm in 2019, and his practice concentrates in business and corporate transactional matters. His practice also focuses on real estate matters, including zoning and land use issues.
