Erdal Turnacioglu began his legal career handling motor vehicle accident defense career for a major New York City insurance company. A few years into his practice, Erdal joined a small employment law firm in New York City, where he represented employees in the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey, as well as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and arbitration.

In 2015, and then again in 2019, Erdal went back to the defense side. First, he provided employment defense on behalf of medical providers such as RWJBarnabas Health and University Hospital. Then, Erdal joined a firm where he defended public entities in civil rights and employment claims brought by public officials and employees in the state and federal courts of New Jersey as well as the United States Supreme Court.

Currently, Erdal handles employment cases on behalf of employees and employers. For employees, he brings claims under various New York and New Jersey discrimination, wage and hour, and family leave law, and he helps them negotiate with companies regarding severance agreements. For employers, Erdal defends businesses and individuals in court regarding employment-related claims, conducts workplace investigations and harassment training, and helps with wage and hour audits.
