JESSICA T. OSTERLOF received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing, summa cum laude, from the University of Rhode Island. Upon graduating, she worked for one year as a Project Manager in the Telecommunications Industry, where she oversaw the leasing process in acquiring new cellular antenna locations. Ms. Osterlof received her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Osterlof was a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Esther Salas, United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey. Ms. Osterlof also worked as an intern in the Legal Department of ZAIS Group, an investment firm, and later as a student advocate for the FINRA Arbitration Clinic, where she assisted indigent clients in their investment needs. Ms. Osterlof was also a member and editor of the Seton Hall Legislative Journal, where she authored a published article, discussing the Controlled Substances Act and how it conflicts with State cannabis laws, and she also prepared articles submitted by national legal scholars for publishing. Jessica graduated from Seton Hall Law School with a concentration in Health Law. Ms. Osterlof joined the Firm in 2021 as a summer associate. Since joining Bertone Piccini, Ms. Osterlof concentrates on business and corporate transactions, including commercial real estate and leasing, as well as healthcare transactions.
