PAIGE M. GUARINO received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Washington College. During her undergraduate career, Ms. Guarino worked as a law clerk for the Law Office of Thomas N. Yeager. After graduation, Ms. Guarino attended the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where she received her Juris Doctorate. While at Elisabeth Haub, Ms. Guarino acted as the school’s Student Representative for the American Bar Association and the Vice President for the Student Bar Association. Ms. Guarino was a member of Haub Law’s Advocacy Program, participating in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Competition and the International Criminal Court Moot Court Competition. During her law school career, Ms. Guarino worked for the Law Offices of Tracie J. Silvestro, where she assisted with residential real estate transactions, and later, as a student attorney at the Pace Investors Rights Clinic, advocating for small investors through FINRA arbitration. Since joining Bertone Piccini, Ms. Guarino concentrates on business and corporate transactions, including commercial real estate and leasing.
