Work Experience
Robert Tedeschi, Jr. is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the State of New York. Mr. Tedeschi received his Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Tedeschi served as a Staff Editor and Associate Editor for the Quinnipiac Probate Law Journal, which is a major forum for the voices and opinions from probate courts in Connecticut and other jurisdictions across the country. In addition, he volunteered with the IRS’ Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program all three years of law school, where he prepared income taxes for low-income individuals, as part of the Quinnipiac Tax Law Society. Mr. Tedeschi also worked as a Certified Legal Intern for his law school’s Tax Clinic, where he assisted clients to discuss and negotiate their tax obligations with the Internal Revenue Service.
Prior to joining Bertone Piccini, Mr. Tedeschi enjoyed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Sherwin G. Campbell, J.S.C., the Family Part Judge of Hunterdon County Superior Court during the 2024 – 2025 term. During his clerkship, Mr. Tedeschi was responsible for assisting the Judge in various family matters, including post judgment matters and domestic violence matters. Moreover, Mr. Tedeschi mediated non-dissolution matters, involving parties seeking relief relating to parenting time and custody issues.
In addition, Mr. Tedeschi obtained a Certified Public Accountant license from the State of New Jersey in 2019 and has maintained an active license since then.
Mr. Tedeschi received his Bachelor of Science degree in double majors in Accounting and Management Information Systems, from the Rutgers Business School- Newark. Also, Mr. Tedeschi received a minor in Criminal Justice from Rutgers University- Newark in his undergraduate studies. Mr. Tedeschi joined Bertone Piccini in 2025.
