ANTHONY BIANCO is a partner of the Firm. Mr. Bianco is a graduate of Rutgers University, and Rutgers University School of Law, Newark, where he served as Managing Editor of the Rutgers Law Record. From 2010 to 2011, Mr. Bianco served as Law Clerk to The Honorable Philip H. Mizzone, Jr., J.C.S. (Ret.), Superior Court of New Jersey, Passaic Vicinage.
Mr. Bianco is a versatile attorney with extensive litigation, trial, and appellate experience. He has successfully prosecuted complex commercial litigated matters against several Fortune 500 Companies, including achieving seven figure settlements against large corporations. Mr. Bianco also has experience prosecuting and defending partnership/business disputes involving intellectual property rights and various breaches of fiduciary duties, contractual disputes, land disputes, breach of real estate contracts, commercial leasing disputes, foreclosure matters, fraud, and consumer fraud. During his career, Mr. Bianco has handled litigated matters up to and through bench and jury trials. Mr. Bianco has also handled multiple appeals in the New Jersey Appellate Division, both interlocutory and final in nature, including successful emergent appeals in complex commercial litigated matters in Chancery and Law Division matters. Mr. Bianco’s experience also extends to alternative dispute resolution, representing clients in private arbitrations and mediations, including with the American Arbitration Association.
For the past several years, Mr. Bianco has developed a diverse personal injury practice, prosecuting a variety of personal injury matters, including automobile, slip and fall, dog bite, and medical malpractice claims. As a result of his litigation skills and passion for his clients, Mr. Bianco has obtained substantial recoveries. Prior to his work representing injured persons, Mr. Bianco gained extensive experience for several years defending a wide variety of personal injury matters, including cases involving wrongful death, catastrophic loss, professional/legal malpractice, construction defect, and insurance coverage claims, during which time he learned valuable defense strategies and tactics that insurance companies use, providing Mr. Bianco’s personal injury clients with an advantage in their cases.
Throughout his career, Mr. Bianco has had the opportunity to work on several high-profile cases that have received national recognition, including Kubert v. Best, 432 N.J. Super. 495 (App. Div. 2013).
