JEREMY S. PICCINI is a founding partner of the Firm. Mr. Piccini received his Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Finance & Marketing, and a minor in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Lehigh University. Mr. Piccini received his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School. He is admitted to the bar of the State of New Jersey and the State of New York.
Work Experience
Mr. Piccini has tremendous experience in the fields of law relating to health care, corporate dealings, commercial transactions, and commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Piccini’s corporate and transactional focus has included private transactions ranging from commercial real estate purchase, commercial leasing, equipment purchasing, stock purchase and transfer, company and entity formation and dissolution, asset purchases, athletic and celebrity endorsement/sponsorship/promotion agreements, solar energy/power provider transactions, consulting agreements, and general contract drafting and negotiations. Mr. Piccini’s health care experience has included the drafting and negotiation of consulting agreements, inventor/royalty agreements, health care agreements and transactions, research and clinical agreements, and general health care guidance relating to pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Mr. Piccini has over 15 years of experience in all facets of commercial real estate transactions, ranging from commercial leasing on a national basis of all asset types, and national purchase and sales transactions on a broad basis.
